By booking or reservation of services, personnel user data will be submitted to TDS Network International (“TDS”), provider of booking tool. TDS is acting on behalf of City-Pension and keeps this information ready for planning of capacities, for instance guest rooms and for final accounting of engaged user services. TDS is not allowed to make data accessible to third parties. The transfer of personnel user data happens encrypted to TDS. Possibly this is not apparent into the browser window but the encryption is verifiable by the user with the help of analyse software like Firebug.
